Go Nimbly is a SaaS Consultancy. Here's What That Means.

Person: So, what is Go Nimbly?

Person who works at Go Nimbly: We’re a SaaS consultancy.

Person: Cool…what does that mean?
Very basically, Go Nimbly is a consultancy that works exclusively with SaaS and PaaS companies to implement a revenue operations framework. We’d like to give a more general, non-self centered example, but alas, we are the first of our kind.

So, weary traveler, we’d like to break it down once and for all.

We Are a Subscription Service

If you’ve seen us at events meant for SaaS companies, you’d be forgiven for being, perhaps, slightly confused. Aside from the obvious fact that those events provide opportunities for us to connect with current and future clients, our operating model also affords us a seat at the SaaS table ourselves. Despite the fact that we don’t offer software as part of our product, we are a subscription-based service. This model allows our clients (and us) to be flexible, and eliminates the need for them to make a year-or-more long commitment before seeing for themselves what we can do.

We Consider Ourselves an Extension of Your Team

We are also aware of the preconceptions that come along with the ‘consultancy’ title. If you Google “consultant stereotypes” (or maybe you don’t even have to), results range from the idea that they are nothing more than a quick fix, to the concern that bringing consultants into your organization will lead to your internal teams being steamrolled.

What We "Do" Depends on What You Need

In reality, like any good SaaS company, we are structured to bend, move, and grow with our customers. Instead of coming in and raising our voices above those of the internal teams, we consider ourselves an extension of them. We consider our points of contact to be our partners, and our success is reliant solely on theirs. This, to us, is the benefit of not only knowing SaaS companies and the challenges they face; but inhabiting the SaaS model and being SaaS operators ourselves.

We Have Solved Your Challenges Before—Many Times.

We get it; hiring a consultancy feels big. The fact remains, however, that a majority of the challenges facing our clients are things we’ve seen—and solved—before.

So, for now, we’d love to simply answer your questions.
