As members of the SaaStr community at large for the past handful of years, we have listened to many, many episodes of their podcast, hosted by Harry Stebbings. In addition to his insanely listenable voice, Harry's deep knowledge of all things SaaS and his ability to ask deep, thoughtful questions have made the podcast one of our favorites.
Therefore, it is with much excitement that we can finally share the most recent episode, in which our CEO Jason Reichl hopped on the phone with Harry for an interview that touches on so many of the topics that make up the core of Go Nimbly's purpose as a SaaS consultancy.
In this episode, they chat about why it's important for your organization to be focused on a single, north star metric, as opposed to the vanity metrics that sometimes distract from what's truly important: revenue impact. They talk about what Jason perceives as the problem with MQLs and SQLs in today's landscape, and why we believe in eliminating handoffs between go-to-market teams.
So, just in case you're sleeping on our social media channels, we decided this definitely deserved a permanent home here on our blog. Enjoy!
